韓式泡菜豚肉豆腐鍋

這個泡菜豚肉豆腐鍋只有2份肉8份菜,完全多多菜少少肉。

湯底用麻油炒香蒜蓉後加入泡菜,泡菜汁、韓式面豉醬、辣醬和洗米水。用洗米水令到個湯香和濃稠一點。 下次煮飯洗米嘅時候記得留返啲洗米水哦!
吃完鍋內嘅配料記得留返個湯,第二日用來煮麵加隻蛋又一餐呢!而且個湯真係好好味










This 🇰🇷Kimchi Tofu Pork Stew fill with protein and veggies , make me fill warm. Don’t forget to save the kimchi miso soup, you could simply add the noodle for another meal.
For the kimchi broth, i add the sesame oil to stir fry the garlic, add the kimchi, kimchi juice , Korean soybean paste, chilli paste, and the washed rice water. The washed rice water add the fragrance and thicken the broth. Save the water when you wash the rice next time
