材料(2人份量):
豬肉碎 80克
硬豆腐 1件 (340克)
乾蔥 1粒 (切碎)
香茅 1條 (切碎)
青檸 1個
糖 1茶匙
#史雲生豬骨湯 500毫升
米粉 2個
油 2茶匙

做法:
1. 硬豆腐切粒,備用。
2. 湯鍋燒熱後下油,下乾蔥和香茅炒香,再下豬肉碎炒至半熟,下糖略炒。
3. 下史雲生豬骨湯,煮滾後下米粉和豆腐,將所有材料煮熟。
4. 放入碗內,享用前擠上青檸汁。

Tips:
- 喜歡吃辣的可加入辣椒粒

Ingredients (2 Serving): 80g Minced Pork 1 (340g) Hard Bean Curd 1 Shallot (Chopped) 1 Lemongrass (Chopped) 1 Lime 1 tsp Sugar 500ml Swanson Pork Bone Broth 2 pieces (200g) Dried Rice Noodles 2 tsp Oil Method: 1. Dice the hard bean curd and set aside. 2. Heat up oil in a saucepan, add in shallot and lemongrass, stir-fry until fragrant. Add the minced pork, stir-fry until half cooked. Add sugar. 3. Pour in Swanson Pork Bone Broth and bring it to boil. Add the rice noodles and hard bean curd, simmer until all ingredients are cooked through. 4. Divide among bowls, squeeze lime juice, then serve. Tips: - Add the chopped red chili if you like spicy.
