最好食又易整【 香蕉蛋糕 】*簡易版* vs *終極雪山版*T. HE BEST Banana Bread ( Super Easy vs Alaska version) - ENG Recipe

 我最喜歡整香蕉蛋糕,因為最易整、材料簡單又最好味,我落咗2種材料令呢個蛋糕更鬆軟。

用香蕉蓉代替部分糖,更香更健康,有黑點嘅嘅香蕉唔好掉,用嚟整呢個蛋糕就最prefect! 

一定要睇到片尾的終極雪山版,將平凡的香蕉蛋糕變成另一層次,超好食,你一定會喜歡這個食法!

材料:
中筋麵粉 |Plain Flour 180 g
希臘乳酪 |Greek Yoghurt ½ cup
蛋 |Egg 2 pc (室溫)
無鹽牛油 |Unsalted Butter 100g (已溶化/Melted )
熟香蕉 |Ripe Banana 2 pc (1 條壓蓉,1條切半)
呍呢嗱香油 |Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
梳打粉 |Baking Soda 1tsp
黃糖 |Brown Sugar 80克g
鹽 |Salt ¼ tsp
雜果仁 |Mixed Nuts 30g
黑朱古力 |Dark Chocolate 30g

蛋白霜| Meringue :
蛋白| Egg White 1 pc
砂糖| Sugar 2 tbsp
雪糕 |Ice-cream 2 scoops
火槍 |Blowtorch





做法: 

1.     預熱焗爐180°C ,將蛋糕模舖上牛油紙備用。 

2.     香蕉去皮,將其中一條切片,放入碗用叉壓成蓉。另一條打長切半待用。

3.     果仁和朱古力切碎備用。

4.     將雞蛋打入大碗中打發,下香蕉蓉,無鹽牛油、希臘乳酪、鹽和糖拌勻

5.     篩入梳打粉、中筋麵粉拌勻。

6.     加入果仁碎和朱古力碎拌勻。

7.     麵糊倒入已舖上牛油紙的蛋糕模,

8.     鋪上香蕉片,放焗爐焗50分鐘,放涼即可切片享用。


雪山版: 

1.     蛋白和糖用電動打蛋器打發至蛋白企身

2.     將雪糕球放在香蕉蛋糕上

3. 舖上蛋白霜,用火槍將蛋白略燒 


#BananaBread is one of the cake I made the most as it is so easy to make, ingredients can find in pantry anytime but super delicious. I add two secret ingredients to make the moist and fluffy banana cake ever!

The sweetness of Banana could substitute some of sugar, and add more fragrances and healthier. Don’t throw away the banana with dark spot as it helps to make a prefect banana cake .

Watch untilfor the Alaska version, I add a little twist to make an ultimate delicious~ It is 𝐒𝐎 𝐆𝐎𝐎𝐃!! You have to try!!

Directions: 

1.     Preheat oven to 180’C , lining the loaf pan with baking paper, set aside. 

2.     Peel the banana, slice one of the banana and cut lengthwise for another . 

3.     Chop the mixed nuts and dark chocolate, set aside.

4.     In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, add mashed banana, melted butter, Greek yoghurt, salt and sugar, mx well. 

5.     Sift baking soda, flour into the mixing bowl. Mix well. 

6.     Fold in the chopped nuts and dark chocolate.

7.     Place the batter in loaf pan, add the sliced banana on top, bake for 50 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Take out and let it cool down. Slice and enjoy.


Alaska Version : 

1.     Whisk the egg white and sugar with electrical hand mixer until stiff peak.

2.     Scoop the ice-cream on the slice of banana bread.

3.     Cover with meringue, lightly torch the egg whites with a blowtorch.
