呢個懶人健康版 Tiramisu
全部材料撈埋一齊就得,超簡單!

同埋幾乎冇嘢洗😆) 
我用希臘乳酪代替 mascarpone cheese,
更加健康、低脂,但口感依然好 creamy ☁️. 整定放雪櫃,想食嘅時候拎出嚟就得。 










 材料: 
希臘乳酪| Greek Yoghurt 1 盒 (500g) 

手指餅 | Lady Finger 8 pc 
蜜糖 /楓糖漿 | Honey/ maple syrup 3 tbsp 
濃縮咖啡| Espresso 80-100 ml 
咖啡酒 | (Coffee Liquor )/Marsala/Rum 2 tsp 
可可粉 | Cocoa Powder 適量 ( 灑面用)

8 ladyfingers 
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
80–100ml espresso 
2 tsp coffee liqueur / Marsala / rum
1 spoonful cocoa powder (dusting)
