之前去日本旅行食燒肉,檯面一定會有一個外表平平無奇嘅洋蔥沙律。
但係味道好清新,係一試愛上嘅味道
做法其實好簡單,最緊要洋蔥浸水同換多幾之水 ,咁就冇咁辣
食到嘅係鮮甜洋蔥味 。
材料:
洋蔥 1 個 (200g)
白芝麻 1茶匙
木魚片/鰹魚片
適量
醬汁:
日式醬油/日式冷麵汁 2湯匙
味醂 1湯匙
糖1 茶匙
水2湯匙
做法:
1. 洋蔥切/刨成幼絲,浸水最少15-20分鐘,其間可換 2次水(減辣+更脆)

醬汁於小碗中拌勻。
3. 洋蔥絲瀝乾水入,放入攪拌盆中,倒入醬汁拌勻,靜置 15分鐘。
4. 放入碗中,灑上白芝麻及柴魚片即可。
Japanese Onion Salad
Ingredients
• 1 onion
(about 200g)
• 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
• 1 handful Bonito flakes
Sauce:
2
tbsp soy sauce (or Japanese noodle sauce / mentsuyu)
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp
sugar
2 tbsp water
Method :
1. Thinly slice or shave the onion . Soak in water
for at least 15–20 minutes, changing the water once or twice (this reduces
sharpness and keeps it crisp).
2. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
3.
Drain the onions well, add to a mixing bowl, and toss with the dressing. Let sit
for 15 minutes.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted sesame
seeds and bonito flakes.
