✅簡易日式高湯做法

材料:
鴨胸 | Duck Breast 1 件
長蔥| Leek 1 條
水 |Water 800 ml
日本醬油 |Japan Soy Sauce 4 tsp
日式濃縮高湯汁|Japan Stock Concerate 3 tbsp
味淋 |Mirin 3 tbsp
蕎麥麵 |Soba noodle 2束 Stalks
黑椒 | Black Peper適量
海鹽| Sea Salt 適量
